Description:
Occasionally, the device will be unable to save screenshots.  Using the screenshot command (Volume Down + Power Button) will trigger a notification reading "The screenshot could not be saved. Unknown"

I suspect this may be dependant on a fresh flash of the build.

Note: Restarting the device fixes this issue.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150519010201
2) Hold down the Volume Down button and Power Button to take a screenshot

Actual:
Screenshot is not saved, and an error notification is displayed.

Expected:
Screenshot is saved properly.

Unable to reproduce issue on latest Flame 3.0 nightly (319mb)

Unable to get failed screenshot after 13 reflashes of device with 20+ attempts per flash. Adding steps-wanted tag to see if anyone can reproduce/obtain STR with higher repro rate.

I was able to reproduce this issue on the latest Flame 3.0 build. The notification now indicates that the screenshot is saved to the gallery, but the screenshot is not actually saved to the device.

Additionally, this issue does occur with 512MB memory.

I was also unable to reproduce this issue after 10 separate flashes to a build from today.  Reporter have you seen this on any device other than the one you reported this on and is the device still able to take pictures with the camera when this is occurring?

I have seen this on at least two separate devices.  When the issue occurs, I am also unable to take pictures or videos with the camera.

Additionally, when this issue occurs, if I change the default storage location to the SD card, I regain the ability to take screenshots and use the camera, but the issue reoccurs as soon as I change the default storage location back to Internal.

I was able to reproduce this issue today on my Aries device. However, contrary to comment 8 I did have my memory set to SD card when this issue occured. Switching back to internal did seem to fix the issue though

I tried several attempts at reproducing this issue on Flame 2.5 and on Aries 2.5 but was unsuccessful.

I changed the storage settings multiple times and even tried OTA as well but the screenshot was always saved properly.
