To attempt to answer the questions in bug 1137327, I'd like to try to run sccache through proxxy. As the scl3 build slaves are using a S3 bucket in us-west-1, we need to proxy the us-west-1 endpoint.
How do I get the corresponding cache occupation after I test it?

Could you merge this in production?

discussed this on IRC last night - we can look at the disk usage per cache region on the proxxy servers.
