Bug 1162327 changed the low integrity temp to have a fixed UUID per profile (stored as a pref) for the low integrity temp directory. This bug is to consider changing it to store the UUID somewhere else, where it is less easy to change it. Note: the temp directory will fail to create if you try and put '\' or '/' in the pref.
Summary: Per run UUID suffix for Windows low integrity temp. → Store UUID suffix for Windows low integrity temp somewhere else.
