User Story
Logging points to add: - Media Denied - No Media available (if possible simply, otherwise split out to separate bug). - When the "joined" state is achieved, i.e. we have the join acceptance from the loop-server - Once we are connected to the sdk server - Once we are notified the other party is connected.

There's a few holes in our current logging that mean we don't know as much details about exit points as we could do. See the user story for probes we want to add to the logging.

Adds the additional metrics. Most of this is adding more points into the standalone metrics store. There's a bit of extra work for detecting if the user has devices or not - bug 1166824 will make that visible on the UI.
