opening certain e-mails (into their own window) causes mozilla to quit/crash when mail window is closed

Details
When I open e-mails from "Bongo Bob" (HTML enabled with a GONG sound playing) in
their own window (not reading via preview) everything displays fine, but when I
go to close the window, the windows closes but also the rest of the browser
seems to quit as well.
This problem occurs in the 0.9.7 milestone build as well as the latest nightly.
I'm enclosing one of the e-mails themselves, but you can also verify by going to
http://www.interealm.com/bob/ and subscribing to the list for a day or two.

Some other quick notes. I have verified this bug against older e-mails and they
exhibit the same behavior. It also appears that under SOME conditions (which
aren't yet clear to me) Mozilla can read the e-mails without quiting. To
consistently reproduce the problem, be sure to start Mozilla from scratch (no
quick launch, etc.) and go directly into reading your mail once the browser has
started.

Reporter, could you please confirm with a current build?
This has been fixed for ages now. Shame on you guys for taking almost 6 months
to look a bug filed!
