I attempted to download a file from my Linux (Red Hat 6.2) server running WebCT. The files are in .ZIP format. When I was presented with a dialog box asking whether I wanted to open the file with WinZIP or save it to disk, the program froze. None of the buttons in the dialog box responded to a click. I terminated the process, accessed the server and program in IE and completed the download.
Reporter: Always include the build ID in a bug report... Have you instaleld Mozilla in a fresh directory and not over an older build ? Have you tried a new profile (mozilla -profilemanager) ? Do you see this problem with all downloads or only from this server ? Is that file very big ?
