Until very recently, the Nuwa tests ran in debug M12 and opt M6, both of which have been hidden for a long time due to timeouts. Today, an innocent patch changed the chunking boundaries such that they're in M11 now instead. And it exposed the fact that these tests have been permafailing now for a long time.

I'm disabling the tests to get the trees green. Someone will need to investigate and get them fixed.

I remembered when the test cases were in M12 the last time I saw it, it's not permfail. Only test_NuwaProcessDeadLock.html got intermittent failure. I think something in between has changed. I need to check what happened on m-c.

Bug 1168337 should allow us to enable test_NuwaProcessCreation.html.
test_NuwaProcessDeadlock has a new race to be fixed.
