1166938 - Remove the old treeherder-ui directory from stage/prod

Once we're confident about bug 1056877, we can remove:
/data/treeherder/src/treeherder.mozilla.org/treeherder-ui/*
/data/treeherder-stage/src/treeherder.allizom.org/treeherder-ui/*

Which will reduce the amount being rsynced around, avoid confusion over which UI files are being used & also make tab complete for "treeherder-service" work without having to type the "s" every time.

I renamed the ui folder (as a step towards to deleting it), however something (presumably puppet) recreated it:
