@ Description:
  By current design (Bug 861921), system will display warning message of insufficient storage, and then lock indexedDB and enable airplane mode when application storage is less than 5 MB. After user uninstalls apps to free application storage, the device is still locked and system cannot automatically restore normal status. (Disable airplane mode and unlock indexedDB).
  
@ Reproduction step:
  1. Use command below to push data to device till application storage is less than 5 MB.
     $ adb push "FILE_NAME" /data/
  2. Uninstall app to free application storage (Application storage > 10 MB)
  3. Make a phone call

@ Actual result:
  1. User CANNOT make a phone call

@ Expected result:
  1. System can automatically restore normal status. (Disable airplane mode and unlock indexedDB).

This issue can not be repro on latest build of Flame v2.2/master & Aries master by STR in comment 0.
Actually result: Regardless of the remaining memory is greater than or less than 5M,Device's the signal icon always displayed as normal(not turn on airplane mode) and dialer's basic functionality (dial out/in) 
always works as normal.
