We need to build the API for "Report an issue" with a Website.

Though AbuseReport was intended really for abuse issues only initially, it'd be a shame not to re-use it, the model is already there, it already behaves the way we want it to, and as Andrew said in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1161864#c2 the abuse report viewer could trivially be adapted.
From https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1161864#c0 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1161864#c1 the API should be like abuse app : just some text, and sending a mail to marketplace-feedback[at]mozilla.org automatically.
