Details

We currently have both timeline.properties and profiler.properties. Need to merge them into a single file.
When consolidating, we should address:
bug 1128960
bug 1050085
Blocks: 1128960, 1050085
Handling this in bug 1163763 -- with a performance.[dtd|properties], and an extra file for markers.properties, just to keep all these localized fields in its own file (any down side to this?)
