Hello Ben,

Let's enable Tamil for 1.4 in both the web content and videos with subtitles.  Marketing's launch plan is hard to tell at the moment and there are multiple partners interested.  There is no point not releasing what we have since the work is done.

I have not gotten committed resource for voice talent, so let's go with subtitles for the time being.

looks like verbatim and github is not in sync again: 
https://localize.mozilla.org/projects/masterfirefoxos/ - it looks 100% complete (well short of one string).

I did that, but it looks like they were already in sync. Localizers normally commit to VCS themselves (unless they forget).
