1167435 - Flicker in favicon from globe to other when opening about: pages

1) Open about:home

Expected: favicon is search
Actual: favicon is globe, then quickly switches to search, causing flicker

Actually, this appears to happen for all pages.

For about:home specifically, we do some favicon cache magic here when we store favicon_search into the favicon cache [1] and then pull it out with the about:search url [2] which seems to get tied to about:home.

Maybe if we didn't have to hit the cache, which likely returns async, we wouldn't have to override a default and this wouldn't happen?
