We are considering adding additional map/kiosks in MV. The all-in-one touch screen devices will be wirelessly added to the MV Guest network. Please let me know if there is issue or concern.
Have the kiosks been previously reviewed by security?

No the kiosks have not been previously reviewed. What do we need to do next to get them reviewed. They do not contain employee names on room names and desk numbers.
Can you tell me a little about the kiosks, what data they do contain and what they are used for?
The kiosks are interactive Maps of the office building. The electronic floor plans show (and let you search for ) conference room names, restrooms, kitchens, desk numbers.Because people move, come & go so often, people names are not included on the floor plans. When we moved into MV we also commissioned a mobile version, but people do not want to have to download a QR reader, then download plans to their phone so we are installing kiosks. If you would like to see the mobile version you can find more information: https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=40048955
OK, thanks for the information. I don't see a reason to do an exhaustive review of these devices given that they hold no personal information and are separated from any sensitive systems by being on the guest wireless network. Please make sure that any credentials/passwords used in the devices are not shared or common to other systems and are changed from whatever default comes with the device. Let me know if you need any guidance or assistance with this.
