[1.Description]:
[Flame2.2&3.0][Nexus 5_2.2&3.0][Settings]If we hide keyboard in " Applications" view, then tap "Back" key, it doesn't return to previous view.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch Settings.
2. Tap "Privacy Contronls" -> "Transparency Control" -> "Applications" option..
3. Tap "Search Apps" button.
**The keyboard will be invoked.
4. Long press blank area to hide keyboard.
5. Tap Back key on the top left corner.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. Device should back to the previous view.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. The "Back key" doesn't work, and device still stays in "Applications" view.
