This release contains 3 out of 4 "Table Stakes" features. There are 3 redshift migrations required, as detailed in the CHANGELOG: https://github.com/mozilla/splice/blob/1.1.16/CHANGELOG.md
The DB migrations are under 1.1.15: includes schema change/migration ddl/migrations/redshift/1431479872.sql ddl/migrations/redshift/1431545807.sql ddl/migrations/redshift/1432220165.sql
currently deployed is 1.1.12
There are no DB changes since 1.1.12, so we should be good to go with these 3
Bumping to 1.1.7 There is an additional migration: ddl/migrations/redshift/1432589405.sql
