Firefox Aurora 40.0a2 (Dev edition) Pdf viewer not displaying contained images in web page, images still present in downloaded pdf. Issue not present in old version (39).

Steps to reproduce:
I can reproduce with the following steps:
1.) Visit a Geocortex Viewer (https://maps.pitkincounty.com/gvh/index.html?configBase=https://maps.pitkincounty.com/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/Pitkin_County/viewers/Pitkin_County_Data_visualizer/virtualdirectory/Resources/Config/Default)
2.) Create a printable .pdf map (look on the left hand panel in the bulleted list in the app, or use the link provided below for a pre-made version)
3.) View the map after it is finished being produced. I have one being served from my google drive at https://goo.gl/8Tbnrv so that you don't have to go through the work of producing your own.
Actual results:
I have a web app (developed in Geocortex) in which users are able to dynamically produce printable pdf maps. After upgrading to Aurora 40.0, Firefox's pdf viewer is only showing the text components of these pdfs. This is an issue that does not exist in a few other pdfs that I have tested, or in any other browser (except for Nightly).
Expected results:
I should be able to view the pdf in Firefox as if it were in any other pdf viewer, that is, with the images.
