Steps to reproduce:
1. Bookmark any site.
2. Go to the menu bar -> Bookmarks and delete the newly created bookmark.
Actual results:
The entry "Edit This Bookmark" does not change into "Bookmark This Page".
Expected results:
The entry "Edit This Bookmark" should change into "Bookmark This Page".

It's still reproducible in the latest Nightly in a brand new profile. Here's a screenshot of the steps. As you can see, the bookmark star state updates, but menu label in the Bookmarks menu on the menu bar doesn't.
