Steps to reproduce:

When replying to a Usenet message I click on "Followup".

The message editor window doesn't open in the foreground. It is residing in the background and has to be searched for.


Actual results:

As listed above. Reply (followup) message editor sits in background


Expected results:

The Message editor should be in the foreground.
Does that happen if you have started Thunderbird in safe mode?
