Details

ActiveData is missing a file [1]. We know it exists because it is referenced in Bugzilla [2] and can be seen in TreeHerder. Upon re-importing all Pulse logs around that time, the is no evidence any part of the ETL pipeline has seen this file. Either the `pulse_logger` is missing stuff, or some system is not submitting to Pulse. We now require a scan of TreeHerder to see what else is missing. A staging `pulse_logger` may catch the missing messages.
