Build 2001-12-24-08, Windows 98.

Reproducible steps:

1. Open "Manage Bookmarks..."
2. Expand the "Imported IE Bookmarks" folder
3. Collapse it again

This hangs for me...

116845.  Both has to do with a hang if you expand and collapse a twisty.
