Steps to reproduce:

Open the following URL:

Actual results:

Video and images are not getting displayed.


Expected results:

Same website works perfectly fine in Chrome Android.
All videos and images are displayed properly.

I can reproduce this on Moto X (Android 4.4.4) on 38.0.1

Can you please try latest Nightly (ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/) to see if you can reproduce the issue?

On latest Nightly, on my device, images are displayed, but the media could not be played.

Sorry, but I am not sure how to install the latest nightly from there.

Do I just download en-US/fennec-41.0a1.en-US.android-arm.apk and run it in my phone?

I am actually seeing erratic results with 38.0.1. 

I tried the link once again and I saw that all images were displayed, and video could be played. The scrolling was laggy though.

I tried opening the link once again and the images disappeared.

Sadly I don't take a screenshot when images were getting displayed.

I am seeing the same issue in the latest nightly as well - images are not displayed and not able to play the video.

I see images here. Scrolling is bad, I think that's another case of needing bug 776030

Snorp, like I mentioned in Comment 5, the behavior seems to be erratic. Can you try opening the page couple of times more to see if the images are loading consistently?

Hello,

I couldn't reproduce this issue following the steps from the description on the latest Nightly with a LG G3 Android 4.4.2 and Samsung Galaxy S8+ Android 8.0.0.
Note that i opened 5+ pages but the images were displayed every time 

I will close this issue as worksforme based on my comment and Comment 8, if this is still reproducing for you, please re-open it and mention what device and build you used.
