gcli actor tries to run whereas it can't work on b2g as it attempt to use `tabActor.browser`, which is only available on Firefox desktop. Error occurred while creating actor 'undefined: TypeError: browser is undefined\nStack: exports.GcliActor<.initialize@resource://gre/modules/commonjs/toolkit/loader.js -> resource://gre/modules/devtools/server/actors/gcli.js:1:952 May be it is just about releasing an updated Simulator -or- preventing trying to run gcli actor on server that doesn't have a recent gcli actor!

It looks like updating to a recent simulator nightly fixes this issue...
Yes, I've fixed numerous GCLI issues like this recently... It should be working with a recent simulator build.

This should now be resolved once the simulator update is applied.
