User Story

Summary:
* As a user, I want to understand why I’m seeing a site warning icon in the address bar so that I can decide the best action to take.

Acceptance Criteria:
* Empty door hanger, restyled according to latest comps.
* Link at bottom to “more info”
* Interaction model identical to current hanger
** Door hanger deploys when URL bar icon is clicked
** Hanger closes icon is clicked again, or if click happens off of hanger (current function)

Definition of Done:
* Coded and tested, a restyled door hanger that deploys from the URL bar icon and holds the most important site-level security and privacy settings.
* Design comp:  https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/FIREFOX/Polaris+Control+Center+UX
