User Story

EPIC: As a security minded user, I want to understand the security details around connection and site identity because I need to be sure that my financial transactions are safe. (security sub-panel) >>

Summary:
* As the team, we need a place to put detailed security info so the main panel stays uncluttered and shows the most important summary info. 

Acceptance Criteria: 
* Empty flyout panel activated/deactivated by the forward/back arrow in the main door hanger panel, styled as in Design comp

* Coded and tested, a button to toggle open/close a secondary security panel
