Description:
When user taps "Go to Camera" button in Video app with no videos recorded, the Camera opens in video mode, but when user taps camera button a picture is taken.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Xperia Z3 Compact (B2G)
 to 20150526104521
2) Launch video app with no videos already recorded
3) Tap "Go to Camera" button
4) Tap red camera button 

Actual:
A picture is taken when user taps video button

Expected:
Video recording begins when user taps video button

Issue does NOT reproduce on Flame 3.0 

Video recording begins when user taps video button after launching camera from empty video app.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

This is broken functionality. The user should be recording videos when in video mode not taking camera pictures so nominating this spark?

I'm unable to reproduce with latest nightly Aries build. Tapping "record" button is correctly recording video as it should.
