Steps to reproduce:
I just logged into my portal and went to the dashboard;
Actual results:
On my Dashboard, there were few action items ; like submitting photos, reports etc;
The bugs are closed now; but still the items are hanging on my dashboard; (Have a look on the attachment);
Expected results:
The action items should get vanished ;)
