Description:
If the user makes or recieves a phone call and then attempt to type using the dial pad, the tones will sound quieter. This issue will persist until the user restarts


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150526104742
2) Open Dialer> Dial any number[1]
3) Make or recieve a call on DUT
4) End the call
5) Dial any number[2]


Actual:
[1] Dial tones are heard loud enough to match current volume. [2]Dial tones are much quieter that they were before the call


Expected:
Dial tones remain the same volume after a call

This issue DOES occur on Flame 3.0, 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0

[1] Dial tones are heard loud enough to match current volume. [2]Dial tones are much quieter that they were before the call for about 2 seconds and then it returns to normal. This seems to be tracked in bug 1116040 as well
