STR:
1. Visit http://media.tinyvid.tv/1pjr8ctdx0bpy.ogg in Firefox on Android
2. Enter full-screen mode.
(Tap the video so controls show up, and tap the full screen button.)
3. Exit full-screen mode.
(either by hitting "back", or tapping to make controls show up & hitting full-screen button again)
ACTUAL RESULTS:
(A) The URL bar is not visible.
(B) There is a white strip at the bottom of the window.
(If you tap the screen again, the URL bar scrolls into view & "pushes" the white strip offscreen.)
EXPECTED RESULTS: URL bar should be visible after I've exited full-screen mode, no white strip should show up.
Bug 1167999 will probably make the white strip be colored grey instead (similar to the "darknoise" background image, but a solid color). This will make this bug a little harder to notice on point (B), but (A) is still an issue.
I tested & reproduced this in recent Firefox Nightly (version 41, datestamp 2015-05-21), and in Firefox Beta (38).
(Note: Bug 1155424 is basically the same bug on Firefox OS, though there, the "ACTUAL RESULTS" only occur briefly.)

Following up on this -- turns out that Bug 1167999's fix didn't end up having an effect here. I still see a white (not grey) bar at the bottom of Firefox Nightly on Android, after leaving full-screen.

Yup, seems to be fixed.
In current Nightly, after performing this bug's STR, I briefly see a white strip at the top of the window, and the URL bar & Android status-bar animate into that space. I'm left with the screen looking just as it did before I entered fullscreen.
