1. Update program information section at the bottom whenever a new program is focused. 2. Update date 3. Refactor UI layout according to our UI spec.

Do not use l10n.get. Please create a new format or recycle a old one to format your date. 2. We should keep this app resizable. 3. Please add integration tests.
