Add flag that will disable the specialization in IM and will always return a shared or ionmonkey cache in ionmonkey instead
--only-caches

Add flag that enables shared caches. This will be disabled until deemed stable enough to enable.
--use-shared-caches

Hm the patch file is wrong I think, JitOptions.cpp appears twice and the second time runExtraChecks is removed but not added back. The patch is simple enough though so I'll r+ but please double check this file.
