Allow for vertical swipe to close tabs in landscape orientation

Currently in landscape on my iPad/iPhone the gesture to close tabs requires a full screen drag of the tab to swipe it off – which requires more effort. Our gesture recognizer for landscape orientation should listen for vertical flicks (akin to swiping off a running application in the list of running apps) which is natural if you are a daily user of iOS.

Maybe even portrait too, this is natural to the system rather than horizontal swipe
