User Story

Summary:
* As a user, when I see a lock icon suggesting the website is secure, I want to learn more about what the icon means and the security settings of the site.

AC:
* Security block styled according to latest Design comp
* Text states “Secure Connection”, in proper-formatted text
** One text treatment consistent with the “grey” URL bar lock icon:
*** site does not display ownership information, *or*
*** site has passive mixed content
** Another text treatment consistent with the “green” identity verified URL bar lock icon:
*** site displays ownership information via DV or EV cert, *and*
*** The connection *has not* been degraded by the loading of passive mixed content
* Site identity is restyled according to mockup http://people.mozilla.org/~shorlander/mockups/Control-Center/Control-Center-i01-02.html
      No description provided.
