Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-stage page https://marketplace.allizom.org
2. Load details page for any app (i.e. SoundCloud)
3. Change the language to Arabic (https://marketplace.allizom.org/app/soundcloud?src=popular/?lang=ar)
4. Observe the app reviews and rating stars

Expected result:
There are no display or layout issues. The number of reviews and rating stars should be displayed under the developer's name.

Actual results:
The number of reviews and rating stars are displayed near the installation button.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF41(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on MP-stage and MP-dev.
