Details

Install the dnsutils package in the tester and builder docker images.  Mozharness will attempt to do nslookup when an endpoint is unreachable and output it to the log.  This would be helpful for troubleshooting but right now it just states no such file or directory.

Has this been done, if so close the otherwise I assume this is a quick thing to fix. Probably in-tree by now.
