Steps to reproduce:

In the site-header, the Logo in the RTL web page Must be in the right like the direction of the write, as we see in English language the logo of the web site in the left, So the sign in buttons must be in the left by exchange the position of them together: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/0394xx2h41

i think the the best RTL for site-header must be like the attached image.
