User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 Build ID: 20150513181056 Steps to reproduce: 1. On the menu bar -> Bookmarks create a bookmark folder and fill it until the screen height exceeds and the steppers appear. 2. Scroll to the top/bottom and check the sensitivity of the steppers. Actual results: The steppers are not updating their state if reaching the top/bottom and scrolling between. Additional informations: It seems both steppers are always correctly updating their state if they are hovered and then left to the left/right.
