We want to include these rendering time measures in Gaia master so they can help us to compare the NGA impact when prototyping Contacts using the new Architecture.

Note: The idea is using also Raptor to show these measures.
Changing the title for adding that when measuring we will record if cache has been used or not as the measures are likely to be quite different in both cases.
For the time being, "caching" means using the local Storage cache already available in contacts. The idea is that with the NGA cache the performance should be better.
