Request is to add a simple text link to the end of the Performance Tools blurb to link a user to try the game.

Opened a PR to add the link to the 40.0a2/whatsnew/ page for en languages only.

Please note I have not added this link to /firstrun, as the bug specifically calls out /whatsnew, and the link also includes the param "utm_content=whatsnew-dev-tour".

If this needs to be added to /firstrun also, please just let me know and I can update.

I've preemptively added this link to /whatsnew, /firstrun and /developer, each with a separate utm_content parameter value:

utm_content=whatsnew-dev-tour
utm_content=firstrun-dev-tour
utm_content=dev-edition-product-page
