Firefox OS devices seems to be having trouble playing back larger videos. If a video file is over 100 MB the playback is choppy (unwatchable) on Aries and on the Flame these videos don't even show up at all. The videos are MP4s encoded on whatever codec Youtube uses.

As an FYI the videos on the SD card have no problems playing on non Firefox OS devices (so its NOT the SD card, its class 4 BTW) and atleast the Aries should NOT had issues playing them back as they work fine on a Nexus 5. The playback rate is about 500 k per second.
