On first load the about modal is shown for ecosystem, vitals and checklist. Currently focus remains on the body so, the tabzilla link is read out as well as the site title but not the content of the about modal which is the most important. To resolve this we need to move focus to the about modal when opened and also set the aria-visible to the appropriate state.
