This one looks difficult, so I will explain a bit.
My bookmarks database is a tiny partition of the Semantic Web! I try to maintain things of interest by (a) Site, (b) Document Title, and (c)Subject-Heading. Inconveniently, the best I can do is copy bookmarks around into multiple folders. But that means if I update them in one place I need to find where else I've put them.
A partial model of what would be better is what I get if I "copy" entries from History to Bookmarks (Copy/Paste, not Bookmark this Page). That, however, is very deceptive -- it is NOT a copy, it's a reference; if I delete from History, the content of the virtual folder is gone.
I request the ability to right-click a Bookmark Folder and "Create a Reference" to it which I can then move or copy wherever. Then, only the original "actual" folder need be updated.

Sounds too complex for the average user, and since it would only be used by a niche of users, its maintenance cost overweights the benefits. An add-on could maybe do something like that.
