What did you do? ================ 1. Created a ban against a user 2. Saved the new ban What happened? ============== On the "ban list" page, saw my ban plus one created by another user. What should have happened? ========================== My ban should have failed with a "User already banned" message showing who did the ban, when, and the reason. Is there anything else we should know? ====================================== Multiple bans will make it hard to un-ban someone and causes confusion.
Ideally, include a button to go visit the existing ban, which might need updating with extra info, cancelation of plans to unban on a given date, etc.
