The cursor in the "HTTP proxy port" field is stuck. Impossible to modify the field.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the field in Settings > Cellular & Data > [select a SIM] > APN Settings > Data Settings > [select an operator] > HTTP proxy port. Insert some content in the field. (At this point, may be necessary to save and close the settings.)

Return to the HTTP proxy port field and tap on it.


Actual results:

The cursor is placed at the very left and there is no way to move it, nor to select the field content by tapping. Thus, there is no way to erase/modify it.


Expected results:

The cursor should behave as expected in a numeric field, that is:
- be placed on the right
- be possible to move
