Some interesting background from Pauline to keep in mind as we figure out designs:

After moving to the new MV office it was requested we place the MozSpace sticker logos on the walls behind the podiums for all offices. The Air Mozilla and AV teams objected because backgrounds that are too light, too dark or patterned can make camera lighting difficult. Ultimately we instead ended up using screen overlays of the MozSpace logos for AirMo broadcasts and left the wall backgrounds alone.
So we (WPR) usually communicate that backgrounds aren't recommended by the AV team. That said, it's not like it can't be or hasn't been done.
Bottom line I highly recommend that you also include Robb Carroll and Richard Milewski in the process so they can give an AV perspective - they can probably tell you what elements might help make it easier for them related to camera and lighting issues.

hi all-
We'll be putting the "Rally for the User" sign behind the podium soon but this is campaign-related so this bug is absolutely valid - we need a 'non-campaign' backdrop that has more legs with respect to time.

Anyone have ideas on best next steps?
