1171227 - Show progress of request in Network monitor

It would be a nice UI addition to show a progress indicator for requests that are in progress. Though, given the number of requests that can inundate the netmonitor, a subtle indicator is probably better than something distracting.

I realize the solid grey circle is already a subtle indication of progress, but progress indicators are very much associated with animation or movement. It could just be a matter of UI conditioning over the years of interacting with software, but inanimate indicators never feel accurate, or reliable, or--to be very subjective--good.

Another place where this is entirely lacking is the Console. That should definitely receive some kind of indication for the newly-ish added XHR requests that get logged.
