Right now, users who wish to submit feedback should look in the Help menu. But these days, people don't search for things in menus anymore, so they are unlikely to find this.

However, people who look for a solution to their problem will likely end up in the Preferences, so I believe that this is the right place to put:
- a way to get in touch with support;
- a way to provide feedback;
- possibly the Health Report.
