Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Devtools -> Inspector -> Ruleview
2. Type some text in filter field on the "Computed" tab of ruleview
3. Switch to "Rules" tab of ruleview
4. Focus it's filter field
5. Switch back to "Computed" tab
6. Try to select your text from 2.: move mouse on the right part of typed text, press left mouse button, move mouse to the left, then release mouse button when the mouse will go beyond the filter field



Actual results:

The text is not selected (actually there IS a selection but it cancels when I release mouse button)

I figured out that it's more general case:   (Win7, Nightly 42.0a1 (2015-08-10))
1.  Open Devtools -> Inspector -> Ruleview
2.  Type "asdf" in filter field on the "Computed" sidebar tab
3.* Switch to another sidebar tab
4.* Click its contents or any node in markup-view
5.  Switch back to "Computed" tab
6.  Try to select your text from 2.
