trying to connect to t-w864-ix-002.wintest.releng.scl3.mozilla.com

but unable to connect via windows remote desktop to it (I'm on a mac).  Error message is that rdp is not setup 

I need to connect to fix the graphics setup after I reimaged it this morning

Unfortunately Rdp isn't enabled for testers vnc has to be used. Even if Rdp were working graphics issues would not be correctable via that method since you would be setting the resolution for a virtual desktop and not the system. If you need to correct a graphics setup issue that isn't fixed via a reboot you should be able log in via vnc (uses a separate 8 char password)  and run c:\mon_filers\fake_mon.vbs.
