I was logged into Firefox Hello (it showed my email address and the green available icon). I was curious if I could add a second email address so I clicked the gear icon, then clicked Profile.
The Hello icon changed to an exclamation mark. I clicked on it and I'd been logged out and there was a message saying that I was unable to authenticate, had I changed my password recently?
I clicked "Retry" which took me to Firefox Accounts, with my email address already showing. I typed no password and just clicked Sign In.
Firefox Hello then showed as logged in again (no longer guest)
This is on Firefox 38.0 :
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0
